11 months old today!

Brandon is 11 months old today. Can you believe it?

Ryan is out of town and has been since Thursday. Brandon looks for him at the certain times of the day he is used to seeing Ryan. Often, during dinner time Ryan will come home from work and Brandon will excitedly turn to look at the front door when he hears the lock click open. Since Ryan's been gone, he glances over to the front door during dinner as if he expects him to walk in at any moment. Also, after bath time, Ryan often dries and dresses him so Brandon has daily looked to the bedroom door looking for Ryan as I am dressing him. It's amazing what an 11 month old knows and can do.
For my own memory's sake - here is a list of his 11 month old stats:

• Can crawl
• Can walk along the furniture
• Can walk 10 steps on his own
• Can dribble a ball while holding one of our hands
• Says, "bah, bah, bah" and "ma, ma, ma" and squeals! Every once in a while he bursts out with a whole sentence of sounds? (the ma ma ma doesn't seem to relate to ma/mom)
  
• Knows what "No" means. It will stop him in his tracks if he is crawling to touch something.
• Can feed himself ie pick up items and put them in his mouth.
  
• Favorite breakfast is Kix with milk
• Favorite meal is tofu, veggie and coconut milk with rice
  
• Favorite snack is veggie booty
• Favorite things: balls, balloons, bubbles, wheels on cars
• Favorite toy: playhouse
• Loves books. His favorite is "Tails", "Ten Little Ladybugs", "Curious George" and "Dear Zoo" and anything with flaps to lift up and textures to touch
• Loves the cartoon "The Backyardigans"
• Loves to play next to the big kids and to honk peoples' noses
  
• Has two teeth on the top and four on the bottom
  
• Will laugh pretty much anytime you smile or laugh with/at him. He can appreciate humor in mom and dad.
  
• He can help pull his shirt off if we are pulling it off of him. He can step out of his pants if we undo it.
• He can shake his booty to anything with a beat.
• Love his international music CD and Iplay drum
• Can clap his hands and will start to clap when you sing "Patty cake..."
• Has waved his hand bye (on purpose) just once - to Ryan's boss on Thursday
